AGM Management LLC (AGM) is an affiliate company of the The Access Group LLC. AGM handles property management for properties acquired by The Access Group and for unrelated owners. The company uses a checklist approach to management whereby on-site managers and regional managers use checklists to ensure completion of the essential management functions. Property owners that hire AGM Management have direct control over the management process by recommending items to add to AGM’s checklists.
AGM’s regional managers inspect apartments on a regular basis to ensure that the units are clean and well maintained. Our properties consistently achieve high scores from inspectors hired by HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). Our managers attend HUD 4350.3 Handbook training on an annual basis to keep up with new developments in HUD policy. In addition, our managers at properties financed with low-income housing tax-credits attend training for compliance expertise and to master the tenant certification process.
AGM uses cutting edge apartment software at its properties to keep track of tenant income certifications and accounts receivable and uses Intuit’s Quickbooks software at its home office to account for property operations and to prepare financial statements.
